<발표 개요>

The pharmaceutical industry is evolving faster than ever. Scientific discoveries are translating into large numbers of emerging biotechs, developing a diverse set of drugs across the spectrum of disease. Navigating this complexity to pick the right investments and technologies is both a challenge and an opportunity to differentiate.

So far this decade, biopharmaceutical companies have raised around $350bn from investors, signed nearly 5,000 partnership deals and completed $450bn in M&A. Within this activity, the next quantum leaps for the industry are waiting to be discovered. Increasingly, this means investing or partnering at the earliest stages of drug discovery, which requires both discipline and an eye to the future.
